This challenge (to break par in a year when I couldn&#039;t break 100 to begin with) was deemed impossible by a number of great golfers (Darren Clarke and Sam Torrance amongst them) and undoubtedly getting my physical fitness sorted was a crucial part.  I lost 10K during the year for a start.

I can see how these videos can be used by affiliates in a powerful way. Just one question: is there any possibility your wife, Kim, could also be included on some of these videos? The site I am building will be having a page for Ladies Golf Training, and featuring Kim in these videos would be a favorable asset, one I would definitely use!

Great site.  Funny how track athletes converge to golf.  Must be the individual accountability aspects of the sport.  Any way one quick comment have you thought about incorporating the AIS (Active Isolated Stretching) methodology.  The reason why I mentioned this is recently I started to train to break five minutes for the mile (my mid-life crisis goal) before I could start I pulled my calf muscle.  I went to a MT, however instead of massaging, they introduce me to this methodology (I had no range of motion).  I&#039;m now back on pace and guess what my hip flexors; glutes; periformis (engaged the golf muscles) have increase in flexibility.  My distance have improved through your weight programs and AIS.  Overall it&#039;s not painful getting out of bed in the morning.  Keep up the great work.
