Great stretches and exercises.  After watching your first day with Maurie I bought your workout package, used it less than 2 weeks and won the longest drive award at my club fall tournament.  Most of the participants were at least 15 years younger than me.
I easily added over 25 yards to my average drive.
I now use your stretches/workout every day.

		<description>I really appreciate you showing this working with a real person that has some physical limitations and some stiffness.  It shows the rest of us that we can improve and not really have to spend hours in the gym everyday.</description>

		<description>I liked hearing that after a static stretch- which you don&#039;t advise too often while playing, that you should shake it to get the feeing back.  Although I had heard that it is not a good idea to do static stretches on playing daysI hadn&#039;t heard what do to if you do.
