Good luck to Morrie and I know he has much room for improvement but overall I love his style and the way he plays. One of my favorite golfers.

Hello Mike,

                   I have spent the last 20mins or so watching the Video and reading all the comments posted. I also would like to endorse this great concept of yours,and agree that if this can help us oldies to improve only a little , it will give us encouragement to take up your exercise plans. I did subscribe to your fit for golf about 2 years ago and followed it avidly for some time. I purchased a set of dumbells and an exercise ball which i fell of a few times, but couldn't find the stretchy ropes you recommended.

              Sadly to say i now only do some basic stretching when i remember, or just before a round of golf, and when this does help, i know that i could do a lot more and am hopeing that this series rekindles my commitment. Mike i play all the year through in the U.K. ( South Wales ) I only play one round a week with my son, as I am a bit reluctant to join in the handicap tournaments because of my inconsistency. I play of 25 but normally shot from about 97 to 107 but would love to get to shooting about 90.

            I am 63 Mike and there are many guys older than me at our course ( Swansea Bay ) and it is quite sad to see the way some of them really struggle with their swings and it does look to me a lack of flexibility. The Pro at our club says my turn is adequate for a decent game, but he always seems to add (FOR YOUR AGE) . I really would like to get the flexibillty to drop this comment and i hope this series of yours can put me and all us Senior guys back on track , and as we all know Mike this will lead to much more enjoyment in our golf.

                 Sorry to be so long winded with this posting Mike, but just 2 more things. One, I don't have many issues with the walk of the 18 holes, ( the golf is another story ) but after the drive home, getting out of the car and into a hot bath i have the feeling i have just argued with an 18 wheeler and am stiff for a few ours ( in places i don't like being stiff ) and finally Mike I think you should emigrate to the U.K. and give us Brits a chance to have a personal one on one with you ( but wouldn't we all like that ?? ) Come on guys lets fight this age thing together. Regards Mike..... U.K

Hi Mike;
I can relate to Morrie. I'm 71 with a now 36 handicap and still not up to snuff from a operation which had me stop my workouts. Have your E -book and all the required equipment and was really making significant gains in the early part of the year. As I am in Ontario Canada I have maybe three or five more weeks to golf, but will train for the spring.
Go for it Morrie!
P.S - Read all your e-mails MIke and this part of your service is great.
