Hi Mike- I just ordered your ‘Strecthing Exercises CD’. Watching the “Sessions with Morrie” has really inspired me. I turned 60 this year and the days of hitting it long have been gone for many years now. I just try to work on ‘keeping it smooth and trying to get some consistency’ back in my once a week game.
I started doing the exercises I saw Morrie working on about 4 weeks ago and I’ve found myself occassionally reaching the par 5’s in 2 again. I haven’t done that in 15 years.
I’m looking forward to getting the CD and really concentrating on the exercises. Now, if I could just learn to putt.

This stretching stuff really works. I got your ebook a couple of months ago and find it great.
Love the sessions with Morrie. Really great ball striking and follow through this week.
One thing I noticed is there is a lot of negative talk around the green and mixed signals. I know Morrie is under extra pressure with the camera etc. but you telling him to do differrent things just as he is about to hit is not helping him. Like " you gotta hit it firm enough to get it through this short grass" and "it's downhill but these aren't real fast greens either". This puts it into his mind not to leave it short and guess what ? he sure didn't.
Also if Morrie keeps saying he always does dumb or stupid things during a round that what his self-image becomes. Talk about all the good shots you made and learn to forget about the not so perfect ones.

Great series. I'm a young senior, 62, but have had a back issue for years. I have to go back to review the exercises but have enjoyed them as you introduced them. I play in Maine so I have a good four months to prepare for another season with great expectation. Keep up the good work Mike and I am looking forward to more with Morrie.

Hi Bill,

Thanks for ordering my stretching DVD  !

I'm confident if you use it consistently (ONLY 7 minutes a day, a couple days a week  ) you will be happy with your results.

I just wish I could get more golfers to realize it's their BODY that's keeping them from a better golf swing that's loaded with power.

Talk soon,
Mike

Gary, Not so much of the seniors, my mates and i haven't quite started calling ourselves seniors yet. Morrie's giving us all that little bit of hope, mate. I've had some shocking shots but i still love the game. I tell my mates, if it was easy ...... EVERYONE would be out here . Happy golfing

I'm afraid that 20 yard shot Morrie had left after his third shot is one that I struggle with, too. It's so hard to get feel for anything between about 20 yards and a full wedge swing.

Thanks,
Bill

 I'm so impressed by Morrie's progress. I've incorporated the warm-ups and stretches and have improved my game too. We're out here in Scottsdale until Dec 1 and will be back for Febr so I'll continue to use Mike's exercises and hopefully gain some distance on my drives.
