Today we’re at Morrie’s home discussing his game, improvement, journal and more new golf swing training drills. I think at this point (week 8 of 10) Morrie is quite pleased with his results, and he is now at a point to see even better results.
By all means, comment below and let us know if you are either benefiting from these shows, or have input you’d like to share.

This is a great way to stay in shape for those of us who live in the north east. I don’t expect to pick up a golf club until early spring and these exercises will help me stay in shape during the winter months.
This entire series has been a great help to me.

Being fairly close in age to Morrie I really look forward to seeing how much he improves by using your methods and I must say that I’m impressed. I recently purchased your DVD on Golf Stretching for a Better Swing and have been doing the stretches, but living in Northern Wisc. will have to wait until spring to see if I can do as good as Morrie. Great show, keep up the good work for all of us old golfers.

hi, i think that the journey you are taking with Morrie is phenomenal. However, i am a weekedn teeange golfer who enjoys the game, and is asking a question or core strength and flexilbity. Consequently, do you need to lose weight before attempting core exercises, or can you do it straight away, as i heard it makes your stomach bigger in size!

No, you can most definitely do core exercises “before” you lose weight. Ab exercises will NEVER make your stomach bigger. That’s a ridiculous myth
Get started right away, and you’ll be “losing” that mid-section with core exercises

Hi, this is great. I have really enjoyed watching the videos of Morrie. I have tried to write
down the exercises. Would like to know if or where the exercises are on the web site.
I would like to do the series. I have your tapes for stretching and dvds for the ultimate
golf.

Routine exercise is indeed a big factor , those Mike introduced to us and Morrie , are really very important to better golf. Since the first lesson, I’ve been watching Morrie and doing all those bending, stretching, etc., and I could feel how light and energetic right now, not to mention the improvement in my golf swing and longer drives.
So as not to spend money on buying some of those props Mike has, I use an old bike tire interior for stretching, an old volleyball filled with sand as replacement for his bowling
ball-like thing, and homemade dumbels. They all perform so well.
I’ll see you guys on the next lesson.

Thanks once again Mike and Morrie . The show rolls on and we are all winners ! Mike has probably allready replied to Jourdain so Ill throw my experience in to . I have been using core training machines and exercises at the local gym along with Mikes stretches . The results have left lessons for dead ! More distance – much improved accuracy – and ( bonus ) my middle age spread has been replaced by a fairly trim little gut . You will not grow bigger in the stomach – only better !!!! Can’t wait to see more, some timed seeing others learn helps make connections in our own game.

I have been watching the Morrie series with interest and with the upcoming winter weather limiting the amount of golf being played, the exercise’s Mike has taught Morrie are a great way to keep the interest going out of season.I try to do as many exercise’s as I can and definitely feel the benefit at the start of the new golf season. Keep up the good work guy’s.All the best for Christmas, Glen.
