We’re making some great progress with Morrie. Today we dug a little deeper with him and gave him some more tips and simple drills to get even more yards, but the exciting thing as you’ll soon see in the video is Morrie is “already” seeing about 10-15 yards on his drives and it’s ONLY been 2 weeks, since we’re on week 3 now.
That’s pretty amazing!
Goes to show you that depending on your starting point, with the right approach you can see great improvement and FAST!

Mike,
It is good to see you incorporating dynamic stretching. Your dvd that I have only has static stretching which I have been told is not good to do on the days you play.
The golf instruction that you gave to Morrie to help him incorporate the body preparation is great. I had a similar situation with a physical thearapist after surgery. Body and golf instruction need to work together. You can not do one without knowlege of the other.
Morrie is very lucky to have you in the neighborhood. I wish you were here in Denver.
One can see how excited Morrie is to combine his healthier body and new found golf knowledge. Exciting times are ahead for him.

Hi Mike
Glad to see some improvements with Morrie. As I mentioned 2 weeks back I started with your Ultimate Golf Fitness Guide. So far I have seen a couple of promising drives going at least 30 to 40 yards further than I was hitting it at the moment.
I am glad you showed the pre practice / play strech routine as I need this badly. Thanks!!
How do I get to the previous videos of Morrie, I want to keep note of the exercises you give each week ?
Lastly - do you have any specific exercises and or streches to help the knees - I can feel they are feeling some pain while practicing?
Thanks

This is real good stuff ! What you are doing with Morrie is so practical and inspirational for us normal hitters. By using those tips and stretches I managed to knock 6 strokes off last weeks 9 holes. Thanks Mike & Morrie.

Hello Mike
This is Don from Maui who gave you the shameless plug last week.
These stretches are the ones i use from your book.
I did not tell you last week that i have the flexibility of a 22 year old was with 2 bad knees and a bad shoulder..that is what really has helped my shoulder.
The one from your book that helps my shoulder with the ones you showed today is making the circles first small than larger..than reverse…with my shoulder problems i can feel them loosen and the blood flow..
So hopefully people now know not to buy that new driver or ten lessons.
Just do these simple low cost stretching every day.. Everyone should do these everyday for life.

Hi Mike;
Your hip turn exercise off (chair) golf cart is something I have not seen before. Will be incorporating it into my routines.
What a improvement Morrie! Keep at it.

I played yesterday with Morrie and he’s improving and really a good student of the things you’ve taught him….I’d better watch out because I see him going from a 33 to a 20…….the best thing Morrie has going for him is attitude-he’s a grand guy and he is determined but he never gets upset-I admire that.
