I get dozens of emails EVERY day from golfers wanting to know the quickest way to increase their driving distance. There’s nothing worse than being the shortest hitter in your foursome, and knowing that everytime you walk down the fairway to hit your second shot, you’re ALWAYS the FIRST one to hit
The are many issues that might be causing your lack of distance, including off-center contact on the clubface. You can lose up to 30 yards on your drives with a toe or heel hit. I can assure you that many of us mere mortals do not find the center too often
If you know me at all I will surely encourage you to improve your golf specific strength and flexibility, which will no doubt massively increase your distance off the tee…but…if you’re like many golfers, embarking on a golf training program seems daunting, and you want a simpler way to add yards.
Well…like any other sport, if you can mimmic your movement with resistance, and build up your speed with this resistance you will quickly improve your distance through a higher swing speed, and stronger golf muscles impart a more powerful blog into the golf ball at impact
With that being said, I came across the coolest training aid to instantly add resistance to your golf club, and you can insert it on your club in 5 seconds. Swing it as many times as you want, then remove it and stick it in your bag. I truly believe, this is one of the neatest power golf training aids I’ve ever come across…and it’s ONLY 30 bucks!
I swing my Power Golf Swing Weight Trainer EVERY day to…
Warm up for either practice or play.
For my golf-specific swing training.
To increase my swing speed for longer drives.

Mike,
I got your swing weight at the end of the season, and boy do I wish I had gotten it sooner
I love this thing! Best $30 I’ve ever spent on golf, and it’s a training aid. The last training aid I got was some laser thingy; I paid like $90 and used it twice. I use your swing weight almost every day. It really loosens up my back too, so that dull ache I use to have is now gone.
I would strongly recommend this device to any golfer looking to play better golf
Thanks again Mike!

Looks like a really neat device. I just ordered it, so can’t wait to get it. Do you think I’ll get it before the New Year? I’m hoping so.
Thanks,
George

The Power Golf Swing Weight Trainer can be used indoors or out. Use it to accomplish 3 specific components to more power.
Power Release – insert it near your grip for power release training.
Power Tempo – place it in the middle of your shaft for tempo training, for that smooth swing loaded with power.
Power Clubhead Speed – put it near your clubhead and see a fast improvement in your clubhead speed and distance.

Mike,
I love this training aid! I got it from your web store and swing it every day. My wife thinks I’m crazy, but I can tell you, at our dome range, I am seeing 10-15 yards on my drives already. I can’t wait for next golf season and the look on the faces of my golf buddies. I have not told them what I’m doing.
Just wanted to say thanks for an affordable, and very effective training aid for us normal, everyday golfers

Mike,
I’m considering getting one of your power swing trainers…how easy is this to use? Does it come with instructions? Looks like it has several uses. If I don’t hear back from you soon, I’ll probably order one off your site anyways
Cheers,
Henry

This training aid can be used by a first grader
No seriously though. All you do is twist it on your shaft and start swinging. It comes with an instructional DVD. And I have a video on my product page you can view right here! Click the Free Video Demo green button for that product at the top of my store page.

Hey Mike! A Happy New Year to you! I must say…I’ve purchased a bunch of your DVDs, and this weighted trainer above. The dust settled just a bit going into the holidays, but now I’m ready to go to start my golf season strong. My goal is to make 20 swings with the weighted trainer, and to do you Phase 2 Golf Training DVD twice a week in January. Any thoughts would be very appreciated.
Have a good one… Richard!

Richard,
I’m so glad to hear you’re going to dust off the DVDs and the trainer. Smart move since you want to start your season strong and ready to go. I think your plan is awesome. This will only take 5 minutes a day with the trainer, and 40 minutes twice a week with the training DVD. Anybody has this much time…no excuses right
Keep me posted on your progress!
Cheers,
Mike

Mike…quick question. What’s the maximum number of swings per day? I got the weight trainer from your site last week (fast shipping by the way) and am making 50 swings a day with it. Appreciate any feedback.

Philip!
Glad to hear you got one
To answer your question it’s individual to each golfer. For some that might be too much, for others, they might be just getting warmed up at 50
My only concern is to make them quality swings every time. Do them in front of a mirror if you can. I’ve got a mirror in my garage, and the ceiling is high enough to swing my driver (barely).
Start out with ten 50% effort swings, then build up to to the last 10 at full or slightly faster than your normal full speed, but with very good technique.
Hope that helps!

I bought your weighted golf club a couple of years ago and loved it! I then found out about your swing weight and got it a couple of weeks ago. I love it too
I like how your site is really geared to power and distance, as that is what I (and many other golfers) need the most. Thanks for offering such great products that don’t cost an arm and a leg!!

Rob,
Thank you for the kind words and being such a loyal customer of mine. In these hard times it’s much appreciated. I can’t say enough, how much I really like this swing weight. It really is the most portable (and affordable) training aid to improve driving distance.
Thanks again,
Mike

I have tried using these swing weights before and they do help but from my experience, better ball striking is the most efficient way to increase distance.
