Eating during the round, I bring my fruit and water i just don,t eat them during the round. now i know what your thinking i,m trying to keep the pounds of but this is not the case, I have one of these great metabolism bodys that keeps me at ten and a half stone all the time no matter what. but that tip of every 6 holes sounds like a great idea i will try to give that a go.....</description>

		<description>I&#039;m going to have to try this bar. I&#039;ve found I play alot better when I eat after holes ~6 and 12. I find healthy food tastes good because its healthy so I should have no problem getting it down. Will look into it; thanks for the recommendations Mike.</description>

		<description>It is always good to eat AND drink HEALTHLY while on the course, at the driving range, and working out in general.  I have taken Organic Food Bars on the course and found them better than the so-called health bars that are run-of-the-mill sugar-loaded marketing-hyped junk (yep that&#039;s exactly what I feel about them  :smile: )  Whole Foods is a great store for loading up on healthy snacks for the course.  Read the labels though, so you KNOW what you&#039;re buying!  Also, take along a banana, or two.</description>
