I just shot a 39 on the front 9 and a 52 on the back, AGAIN. I have bad feet and when they start to fatigue and get sore, I tend to straight pull the ball, when I hit it straight there is no slice so I don't think my problem is an outside in swing but maybe I compensate for foot soreness by leaning forward on the backswing and back when I hit the ball, this would probably cause a pull.
What do you think?

Balance is so important in golf because it is the base of everything you do. It only makes sense that if you are not balanced you will never be able to hit the ball consistently.

Hi Mike,

Nice tips and certainly worth using. There are definitely some that I have never tried.

Aside from the physical, I have also found that by thinking about or visualizing a good finish postion, I will have better balance than if I just make a golf swing.

I agree Larry! My information and beliefs as a trainer (25 years of professional experience) is pretty common sense, but VERY much geared specifically to the golfer. I'm not too "off the wall" with anything I say or do  .

Hartman does not get "in the skin" of a golfer like I do  ! To say not to do aerobics is one hell of a BAD TRAINER!! I can't even believe that! I would question his credibility right there and move on!

Telling an overweight golfer he doesn't need to do aerobics is not acceptable in my book! I would run from a trainer like that  !!
