		<description>One stretch I do consistently while sitting is this.  I place right right ankle on top of my left knee (like crossing your legs) and gentle lift my right knee (using my hands) toward my left shoulder.  You definitely feel a stretch in the backside.  Of course repeat with the other leg.</description>

You just can&#039;t emphasize stretching enough.  And the older you get the more important it becomes.

That&#039;s a great exercise.
