You’ve got no time right? But…you want to improve your golf. Here’s a simple golf stretch you can do right in your office without leaving your chair!

If you’re like me…you think about golf 24/7. That becomes a problem at work right? Wrong. There are many creative ways you can improve your golf swing right in your office
.
Take a look at the picture above. I’m using a club to stretch my golf backswing muscles. You can do this too. Bring an old club to the office and stick it in the corner. A couple of times a day grab it for some stress relief and do this stretch. The next time you get to the course you’ll be amazed at how much bigger your backswing is.
I had so much fun coming up with golf stretches to do in your office, that I created an entire section of my golf stretching ebook with them
. If you’re looking for a Golf Stretching Guide resource, you might want to take at look at what I’ve put together over at my Golf Trainer site.

I knew there were some uses for those old clubs!
You just can’t emphasize stretching enough. And the older you get the more important it becomes.
That’s a great exercise.

One stretch I do consistently while sitting is this. I place right right ankle on top of my left knee (like crossing your legs) and gentle lift my right knee (using my hands) toward my left shoulder. You definitely feel a stretch in the backside. Of course repeat with the other leg.
