[...] One of the best things you can do this off season is golf exercises. If your winter weather is non-golfable, then there is no better time than now to implement an off season golf workout program. [...]

[...] It’s time to evaluate your golf season. Did you see improvement? Do you shoot the scores you were aiming for when the season started? If not, it’s time to figure it out and work on it during this golf off season. [...]

Kerry,

You are a wise man to embark on a journey of improving your "body" to play better golf. This is something EVERY golf should consider, but unfortunately many don't and will not anytime soon

Based on your starting point, the Power Golf Training Manual (ebook) has several options for you. Ranging from complete training routines to individual exercises targeting the specific muscles to help you hit longer drives.

I look forward to helping you further.

Hey Mike! I've been getting your golf training tips via email and really like them. I am interested in an off-season program and want to know if your power golf training program is right for me. I am currently not working out, am 56 years old, and play to a 17 handicap. My biggest issue is lack of distance with my driver. I've checked out your site, and for only $37 it seems reasonable, but I want to make sure. Thanks, Kerry!

Great site!
I have a long, cold and wet British winter ahead and plans to really improve my game. Fitness is right up there with mental strength and attitude as well as improving swing technically.
However, what I could really do with is some really good neck strengthening exercises - any suggestions? I need to improve posture and retain neutral spine (and neck) my neck joints are older than I feel :o)
