I don&#039;t want to say that this one exercise will fix your swing flaw, but it would definitely help make your swing more vertical and not so flat.

Good video tip! This is a weak area for me so I&#039;ll give this excercise a try.

My swing has been described as being quite &#039;flat&#039; which I think means that my swing plane is quite flat  :???: . Do you think this excercise might help me to correct this or should I be doing another excercise or stretch along side this one :?:

That&#039;s a nice and easy one that I know helps. But, I learned (the hard way) to start with light weights. This puts more strain us than we think... and sometimes isn&#039;t evident until a day or two later.

But, big benefit for those who take the time to do it.
