		<description>HEY, MIKE I TRIED THE PROTEIN SHAKE YOU RECOMMENDED TO SUPPLEMENT A MEAL AND IT WORKS GREAT!ONLY ONE PROBLEM, I GAINED 6LBS. AND HAD TO CUT BACK TO DRINKING IT EVERY OTHER DAY. I FEEL STRONGER AND MY GOLF GAME IS GETTING BETTER THAN EVER. IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE IN GETTING THE CLUB AND MY BODY IN POSITION WITH THE PROPER DIET AND STRETCHES.

		<description>I use this one all the time and co workers look at me funny when I do it. Taking a couple minutes here and there during the day to do simple stretches can really help you physically but also mentally (de-stressing the body).</description>
