Simple Golf Stretch For Stiff Low Back In Your Chair

I know how busy you are right now. With all the shopping for golf gifts and working at the same time, you’re swamped right? Well… here’s another simple golf stretch you can do right in your chair at your office.

Low back golf stretch

This is not some magical stretch, but this is a fantastic stretch for any golfer who sits alot and has a stiff lower back. The additional bonus to this stretch is an increased rotational turn on both your backswing and follow through which creates higher clubhead speeds and distance.

This is a simple reminder for all the easy stretches for golfers you can do not only in your home, but in your chair without leaving it :grin: !

I know I am one of those golfers who sits in front of a computer alot :cry: working on this blog and my other golf fitness websites, so I do these stretches several times EVERY day!

Just a very simple, but very effective stretch to do without even getting out of your chair. How’s that for “no excuses” :shock:

I use this one all the time and co workers look at me funny when I do it. Taking a couple minutes here and there during the day to do simple stretches can really help you physically but also mentally (de-stressing the body).

I love this stretch! I actually used to do it all the time but I guess over time I forgot about it. Thanks for the reminder.

HEY, MIKE I TRIED THE PROTEIN SHAKE YOU RECOMMENDED TO SUPPLEMENT A MEAL AND IT WORKS GREAT!ONLY ONE PROBLEM, I GAINED 6LBS. AND HAD TO CUT BACK TO DRINKING IT EVERY OTHER DAY. I FEEL STRONGER AND MY GOLF GAME IS GETTING BETTER THAN EVER. IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE IN GETTING THE CLUB AND MY BODY IN POSITION WITH THE PROPER DIET AND STRETCHES.

Wow! How much are you putting in there? There is no way just adding that shake would cause you to gain 6 pounds. No way! Something else is going on.
