That’s a nice bit of information. I believe that I do that on occasion. Mentally, I’m trying to dig down for some power and everything gets out of whack. That’s when I pull the ball dead left or hit a huge slice.

I consider this drill the aspirin of the golf swing because it helps promote many positive moves in the golf swing. One I normally always use in my warm up routine.
