Scottsdale In-Home Golf Fitness Training

Posted by Mike in Golf Fitness

In the past several years I’ve received dozens of emails asking if I do private, one-on-one training for golf, and I wanted to do this quick post to let you know I am going to take on a few new golf clients here in Scottsdale and the surrounding area.

Golfers looking for golf fitness in Scottsdale can contact me to set up a FREE initial consultation to discuss golf and fitness goals.

I currently work with a few select golfers here in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, privately in their homes, saving the time, so they can practice and play more.

I have designed in-home golf fitness gyms ranging from under $100, to over $10,000, so you do not have to have a current workout room in your home to do a golf fitness program in your home.

We can get started with an exercise ball, tubing, and hand weights (dumbbells), with no requirement to have expensive equipment, as it is not needed to see great results.

My schedule will only permit 1-3 new golf clients, so it will be first come, first serve.

Arguably the most efficient way to get in shape is by carrying out fitness gym workout routines for all women that exercising the entire body. It seems that a lot more and more people are going away from the big and bulky. And except if you have a purpose for having that kind of build, such as bodybuilding as well as playing a sport, after that there probably isn’t really a good reason to look like a Ninja Turtle. The lean, toned body is at present the trend. ..:

All the best to you
