		<description>Thanks for the articles Mike. I&#039;m definitely checking them out. I used to have all kinds of lower back problems but once I started working out again regularly and working out my lower body as well as my back, it hardly ever hurts anymore.</description>

		<description>Mike.. this is definitely an important aspect of fitness for all golfers.  Not only are exercises to strengthen the back essential, taking care of the back during a golf game is important too.  

Such as proper back stretching and warmup before the game and good posture for the golf swing.  The other aspect that many &quot;weekend warriors&quot; unconsciously forget, is swinging too hard to hit far or get out of situations.  This can hurt the back.  I am not a pro so I tend to just take a penalty drop.
