Hi mike, i think that the startech shown is absoloutely fantastic. You really are great motivator towards others. However, i just wanted to ask you a personal question about core muscles: “If you do a core exercises (e.g: with a medicine ball), will it make you stomach bigger? And do you need to lose weight being doing these type of exercises?? Please answer asap thanks.
