Welcome To Mike Pedersen’s Golf Blog

Posted by Mike in General

I am very excited to launch this personal blog! Let’s make this a community site with lots of interaction (comments) and opinions. Feedback to me is very important. If you have suggestions, just contact me. No hard feelings if it is constructive feedback. Or maybe you want to let me know you like something.

I hope you see value in this site (blog) and refer others to come here and sign up for either my ebook or my RSS feed to get a new post sent to you immediately. This is very handy and takes the manual labor away of having to come to the site all the time.

This site will be chock full of golf exercise and stretching video tips, advice and things going on in my life (golf-related of course). You may see the odd picture of my kids if it’s pertinent to the site, to add a little fun and realism. This is a chance to let you get to know me on a personal level for the first time!

Awesome blog design Mike! I’m sure your blog will grow exponentially in the coming months. I am very interested in the concept of combining fitness and golf. It sounds like a great niche!

Very good blog. I’ve followed your fitness recommendations and adding the blog, perhaps, will help me understand how to improve some more in this frustrating game.

Hi Mike,

This is one great looking blog. And for those who don’t know Mike, you are in for some very valuable and useful info on playing better golf and getting in better shape.

Mike is the premier online golf fitness guy and I’m proud to have him as one of my own friends and fitness mentors even though we live 2000 miles apart.

Nicely done!

Best of success with your new blog (and congrats to your designer),
Dave

Mike, I trully believe in your 5 top reasons to “better golf”, but, one critical one that should be added is TEMPO. About 99% of the golfers that I’ve seen are too quick. We must establish some tempo to slow down, especially the take away.

Yep! I can get pretty ballistic on the downswing and it never turns out good. Think Ernie Els, Retief Goosen or Fred Couples. They hit it a TON, and have fantastic tempo!

Blog looks very good to me and the articles of interest. as an older golfer the stretching info is most important as fitness causes more golf problems as we age.

Does anyone know how I can submit a new idea for a golf bag water device?

This is great Mike. I enjoy the products of yours that I have and this will supplement my progress. Now, can you get me to go to the gym more often?

Stephanie,

Don’t think twice about whether you’ll go or not. Lace up your workout shoes and go. Don’t give your mind a chance to talk you out of it cause it will:). Have a sense of conviction and determination and don’t let anything get in the way of that. You’ll soon realize you can overcome any so-called obstacle.

Hey Mike,

it’s been a while since the humble ‘GolfTrainer’ days, a lot of improvement has come your way. This blog again shows your professionalism that I’ve known from you for many years.

On behalf of the LearnAboutGolf.com team let me wish you best of luck for this new endeavor.

Frank

Thank you Frank! I’m still trying to get golfers to realize the critical importance of strengthening and stretching their body to play there best golf. I hope it’s not in vain!!

Finally…… a comminity in which u can share and gather information about the combined benifits of exercise, stretching and golf. There is a lot more to the game than going out and hitting a bucket, declaring urself fit and then snap hooking ur first 6 drives off the box into the sleepy, deep woods on the left…….enough about my problems……lol…..Mike the blog looks great and look forward to recieving and sharing the experience…….Tim
