Great video MIke
I don’t think warming up for any physical activity can be stressed enough. Too many people don’t realize that they are setting themselves up for injury by not warming up. And it really doesn’t take that much time.

warming up for any physical activity can be stressed enough
i like to walk for 10 min before i start hitting balls at the range
just a few trips around the parking lot helps me warm up
plus it gives me time to think and clear my head

Not only does a good warm up prepare your body for play but it can also get you into a good rhythm.
Watch tour pros, they all stretch and warm the muscles prior to hitting balls on the range.
Nice video Mike
