Power Golf Exercise Video With Dumbbells

Posted by Mike in Exercise Video Tips, Power Golf

Here’s a great golf training exercise you can do with a pair of dumbbells right in your home. No gym necessary! Watch the video. This is an exercise right out of my 3 Minutes For 30 Days Golf Swing Training Ebook.

Mike, I just watched the video and was so intrigued I grabbed my light pair of dumbbells and did it. This is a great exercise. You what it did for me immediately? It loosened my back up so I could make a bigger turn, and that’s with light weights. I can see if you used just a bit heavier dumbbells how it would strengthen my core area

You mentioned an ebook in your post. I have all your DVD’s and all I can say is they are quality products. Is this ebook a duplicate of those very effective golf training exercises? If not, I’ll go take a look. Thanks Mike, John!

Hey John!

So glad to hear you liked this unique golf exercise. And…also glad you liked my DVDs. This ebook is my newest golf training program, and I have to say it’s pretty cool. One day, I just grabbed a pair of dumbbells, exercise ball and started playing around, and next thing I knew I had come up with 30 cool new exercises and stretches, and I put them in an ebook so that any golfer could do JUST ONE exercise for 30 days (ONLY 3 minutes per day) and see a huge improvement…so no excuses of not having time…LOL

Here’s the link again to the ebook, Click Here!

Thanks again for the kind words!

Mike

I can vouch for Mike’s stuff! I’m a happy (and repeat) customer

His Golf Stretching DVD is awesome because he was smart enough to make them into shorter 7 Minute segments, and there’s 4 different stretching routines you can do for variety throughout the week.
